Job Summary
Traveling CDL Driver responsible for safely operating Class A trucks (dump trucks, end-dumps, flatbeds, and equipment trailers) to transport construction materials and equipment across out-of-state routes, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, secure cargo, comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies, maintain delivery logs, and communicate scheduling or delays with dispatch and team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (Class A)
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDL Driver
- Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to operate and maneuver large commercial vehicles in various weather and road conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions and instructions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
