Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, administer new employee orientations, and facilitate pre-task safety analysis for subcontractors. Establish and lead regular safety meetings with project staff and subcontractor representatives to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Assist in developing a zero injury safety culture by promoting hazard reporting, coaching workers on safe methods, and executing proactive initiatives to eliminate incidents. Investigate all incidents, generate proper reports, and stop unsafe acts immediately while maintaining all required safety records. This full-time traveling position supports the Concrete Strategies safety team in executing corporate safety standards across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
- This is a full-time traveling position
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
