Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analyses, and establish orientation programs for new project workers. Facilitate training to ensure OSHA compliance, maintain incident logs, and report violations immediately to enforce corrective actions. Stop unsafe acts on site and investigate all incidents while generating proper reports. Assist the Project Superintendent with fire prevention procedures and lead monthly safety briefings. This full-time traveling position requires strong leadership skills, at least three years of safety experience in building construction, and OSHA 30-hour accreditation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
