Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections and administer orientations for new project workers. Assist in developing a zero injury safety culture by facilitating training, reviewing subcontractor safety programs, and establishing toolbox meetings. Proactively identify hazards, stop unsafe acts immediately, and investigate incidents to generate timely reports. Maintain comprehensive safety records and logs while promoting daily stretch and flex programs. This full-time traveling position requires OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation and at least three years of safety experience in building construction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
