Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analyses, and facilitate training to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Establish and conduct regular safety meetings with project staff and subcontractor representatives, while actively promoting the zero injury safety culture through near miss reporting and hazard identification. Administer new employee orientations, maintain required safety records, and investigate incidents to generate proper reports. Stop work immediately for any unsafe acts or practices and assist in establishing fire prevention procedures. This full-time traveling position supports the Concrete Strategies safety team in executing corporate safety standards across all project locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
