Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analyses, and facilitate training to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Establish and conduct jobsite orientations for new employees, administer participation records, and issue identification. Assist in developing a zero injury safety culture by promoting proactive initiatives, coaching workers on safe methods, and reporting all incidents following established protocols. Stop work immediately for any violations or unsafe acts, investigate incidents, and generate proper reports. Maintain required safety records and logs for toolbox meetings. This full-time traveling position supports the Concrete Strategies safety team in executing corporate safety standards across all projects.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
- Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
