Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Develop a zero injury safety culture by conducting weekly documented jobsite inspections, reviewing subcontractor daily pre-task safety analyses, and enforcing immediate stops for any unsafe acts or practices. Establish and lead project orientations for new workers, facilitate toolbox talks, and ensure all safety procedures comply with Federal, State, and Local requirements including OSHA standards. Investigate incidents, generate reports, and maintain comprehensive safety records while actively promoting hazard reporting and proactive safety initiatives. This full-time traveling position requires strong leadership skills, OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation, and at least three years of safety experience in building construction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
- Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
