Traveling Bilingual Safety Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, establish and lead orientation programs for new employees, and facilitate pre-task safety analyses for all subcontractors. Assist in developing the project safety program, review subcontractor safety protocols, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Investigate incidents, generate reports, and issue identification to employees completing orientation. Stop unsafe acts immediately and promote proactive safety initiatives including near miss reporting and daily stretch programs. This full-time traveling position requires OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation and at least three years of safety experience in building construction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
- Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
