Job Summary
Diagnose and treat hearing loss while performing hearing tests, fittings, and troubleshooting repairs on amplification devices. Counsel patients on device purchases, interpret test results, and conduct remote care via telehealth initiatives. Grow your patient population and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets by achieving practice growth and maintaining ethical sales standards. Manage local community outreach, including health fairs and physician relationships, while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Operate audiometric equipment and maintain continuing education requirements based on state mandates. Work a full-time, 4-day week across Idaho with access to extensive leadership mentorship and internal growth programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience
- 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
