Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient scheduling, and promoting a positive company image within the community. Deliver care to a patient base primarily consisting of children ages 3–21, with an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients. Utilize DentaPro software and digital imaging equipment to ensure high-quality treatment. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel between offices with all expenses covered, while maintaining a biweekly salary or percentage-of-collections compensation model. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
