Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, while adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Manage daily operations through morning huddles to foster collaboration, highlight customer focus, and meet goals within a patient base primarily aged 3-21. Utilize DentaPro software and digital imaging units to deliver high-quality, affordable care to underserved families in a compassionate environment. Earn an additional $400 weekly for intra-regional travel with expenses covered, while maintaining a biweekly salary or percentage of collections.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
