Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal tracking, and customer focus initiatives within a practice serving primarily children ages 3-21. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors with an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Maintain highest integrity through OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while earning a weekly travel stipend for intra-area office rotations.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
