Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults in an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Work four days per week with a team comprising one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and engage in activities promoting a positive company image. This role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped earning potential, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
