Job Summary
Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative care, endodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry within modern, digitally enabled studio environments. Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose the whole person and develop member-centered treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and honest risk assessment. Manage a dynamic schedule by partnering with studio teams to build efficient shifts, strategize in daily huddles, and drive production through proactive diagnosis and efficient chair time use. Identify and address early signs of malocclusion, occlusal wear, and sleep-disordered breathing to educate members and drive adoption of clear aligner and sleep therapy solutions. Collaborate closely with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure coordinated care while upholding a hospitality-driven experience focused on personalized care, empowering communication, and human compassion.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you're applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
- Invisalign certification
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4-5 days per week (no Saturdays)
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while performing clinical procedures
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle dental instruments and perform precise procedures
- Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read charts, interpret radiographs, and operate clinical equipment
- Ability to bend, reach, and maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care
- Occasional lifting or movement of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals in person and via technology
