Traveling Associate Dentist

Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles, plan daily schedules, and promote a positive company image through customer-focused collaboration. Manage an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with all travel expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals covered.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
