Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily, primarily serving children ages 3–21 with up to 30% adult population. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
