Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily goals, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Work four days per week in a community setting with a patient base primarily under 21, supported by state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
