Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while working under a ratio of one provider to four support staff. Work four days per week as a traveling dentist. The role offers guaranteed base pay with uncapped earning potential, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
