Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental education program
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR certification
- DEA registration
- Ability to travel to specified locations for patient care
- Compassionate with pediatric and adult patients
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations
- Possess or obtain necessary licenses and professional dues memberships (ADA/AAPD) for practice
