Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients primarily aged 3–21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage daily workflows using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units while maintaining a ratio of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, and participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus. This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $5,000. We provide comprehensive insurance plans, 401(k) matching, continuing education reimbursements, and VISA/Green Card sponsorship. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Willing and able to travel to the following locations
