Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 with support from a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care across state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors. Maintain an average daily flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients while participating in morning huddles to promote team collaboration and customer focus. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This role offers guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month. Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available, and multiple schedule options support a healthy work/life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to travel to the following locations: 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222
- Willing and able to travel to the following locations: 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834
