Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including one hygienist, two dental assistants, and one hygiene assistant. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients across a state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network mix. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and promote a positive company image. Work primarily with a patient base aged 3–21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location. This role offers guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month. Relocation assistance covers up to $5,000, and no lab fees are charged. FT providers receive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and paid malpractice coverage. Multiple schedule options are available to maintain work/life balance, with visa and green card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
