Traveling Associate Dentist responsible for providing dental services to a diverse patient base (children and adults) with a support team in a collaborative, community-focused practice. Role emphasizes delivering high-quality care with modern tools (DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces) and adhering to OSHA/HIPAA training, alongside mentoring and developing clinical skills within the team. Responsibilities include managing patient flow (approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day), participating in morning huddles, promoting patient-centered care, and supporting the mission to provide accessible dental care to underserved families. The position offers a guaranteed base pay with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship options.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Current valid dental license in states served or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required by state)
- CPR and DEA certifications as required
- Compassionate patient care and teamwork
- ADA/AAPD memberships and licensure reimbursements
