Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs while promoting a positive company image. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults, utilizing state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Maintain required certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide where applicable. Earn a weekly travel stipend with expenses covered and receive a guaranteed biweekly salary or collection-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
