Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and a hygiene assistant. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage office flow handling an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults, utilizing state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
