Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene cases, and utilization of DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population across various payor mixes. Maintain highest integrity while participating in company activities to promote a positive image.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
