Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and highlighting customer focus within a patient base primarily aged 3–21. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care across state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors. Maintain integrity by following OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training protocols. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within the geographic area with expenses covered, alongside a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
