Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients while adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Support the team during morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. Work with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population across state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Earn an additional $400 weekly for traveling to other offices with all expenses paid, including hotel, mileage, and meals.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
