Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with up to 30% adults across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Earn an additional $400 weekly for intra-area travel with expenses covered.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
