Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21, using DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within the geographic area with expenses covered, and receive a guaranteed biweekly salary or percentage of collections during the ramp period. This role offers growth through mentoring and collaboration within a team united by a mission to create over a million smiles annually for underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
