Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, team collaboration, and customer focus initiatives within a practice featuring DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, utilizing state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Maintain required certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable), and complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within the geographic area with all expenses covered, alongside a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
