Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, while adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Manage a team including hygienists, assistants, and support staff using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain highest integrity by following OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within your geographic area with all expenses paid. Receive guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
