Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and operators, managing an average flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel expenses paid in other offices, with a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections. This role serves a patient base primarily ages 3–21, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
