Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to promote team collaboration and customer focus while maintaining the highest integrity in care delivery. This role serves a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population, requiring Nitrous Oxide certification in eligible states. Traveling Associate Dentists earn an additional $400 weekly for intra-area travel with expenses paid, alongside a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period. Sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance may apply depending on the location.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
