Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients in underserved communities while adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Support your team by participating in morning huddles, planning daily workflows, and highlighting customer focus and collaboration. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces alongside a staff ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within your geographic area with all expenses covered, while enjoying biweekly salary, no lab fees, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, 401(k) matching, and CE reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
