Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while promoting a positive company image through community activities. This role serves primarily children and adults, with a patient base aged 3-21 and up to 30% adult population. You will receive biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with no lab fees. Additional weekly compensation includes $400 for traveling to other offices within your geographic area, with all expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
