Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene cases, and promotion of a positive company image. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training and maintain required certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide. Earn a weekly travel stipend with expenses paid and participate in mentoring and collaboration within a team focused on providing affordable care to underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
