Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily tasks, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average caseload of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver high-quality care. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel within your geographic area, with all expenses paid. Receive a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
