Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and a hygiene assistant, managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and promote a positive company image through community activities. The role serves a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults, utilizing state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
