Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow, and team collaboration to promote a positive company image. Deliver care to a pediatric-focused patient base (70%+ children ages 3-21) using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Maintain integrity through OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Earn a weekly travel stipend with expenses covered and receive a guaranteed biweekly salary or collection-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
