Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Earn additional weekly compensation for traveling to other offices within your geographic area, with all expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
