Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow, and team collaboration to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21. Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training standards while utilizing advanced equipment such as DentaPro software and digital x-ray units. This role offers biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with no lab fees and full expense coverage for travel. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
