Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients while supporting your team, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces with a staff ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Earn a guaranteed minimum daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $1,000 monthly student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
