Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and team collaboration within a practice serving primarily children ages 3–21 alongside up to 30% adult patients. Handle an average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Maintain integrity by following OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
