Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants in a ratio of 1:1:2. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, planning schedules, and highlighting team goals and customer focus. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel to other offices within your geographic area, with all expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals paid. Receive guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus attractive sign-on bonuses and potential student loan repayment assistance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
