Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to promote customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement within the team. Deliver care primarily to children ages 3–21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Maintain a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. This role includes a guaranteed minimum daily rate of $850/day during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher, plus a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program and a valid state license, with Nitrous Oxide certification required for specific states.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
