Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations through morning huddles, plan your schedule, and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. Work primarily with children and adults across ages 3-21, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Handle an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day under state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payor mixes. Earn additional weekly compensation for travel between offices with expenses covered, including hotel, mileage, and meals. Receive guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus no lab fees and company-paid malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
