Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement while promoting a positive company image. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid state license, and Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states). Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available, and the position supports VISA and Green Card sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
