Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients in underserved communities while adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Support the team with a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, managing an average flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, highlight customer focus, and promote a positive company image. Travel to specific locations in Greenville, Anderson, Columbia, Orangeburg, and Sumter, SC, with opportunities for additional daily pay for intra-area travel. Earn a guaranteed minimum daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to travel to the following loctions: 3 K-Mart Plaza, Greenville, SC 29605; 3227 W Blue Ridge Dr, Greenville, SC 29611; 3112 N Main St, Anderson, SC 29621; 5422 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206; 1350 Grove Park Dr, Orangeburg, SC 29115; 1121 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150
