Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including one hygienist, two dental assistants, and one hygiene assistant. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Mentoring and growth opportunities are available through team collaboration. This role serves a patient base primarily ages 3–21 with up to 30% adult population. Travel is required to locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights, VA.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to travel to the following locations: 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222, 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834
